Snacks

Snacks between meals are important because I love to eat…. Can we just leave it at that? Almonds contain some good nutrients like healthy fats, fiber, protein, magnesium and vitamin E. Apples have good antioxidants and taste yummy. I usually don’t eat fruit because there is a lot of sugar in fruit and I am doing my best to stick to the plan!
