Day 3 is about finished up! Not going to lie, my body was still a little bit sore from our first day of full body on Monday. Today’s work out was very similar to Monday’s workout in most of the exercises and a few new ones including calf raises, tricep push downs, and bicep curls. day 3 workout video
Diet was pretty on point. My last meal, being the potato, chicken, avocado and some steak, I combined with my late night snack because I didn’t eat this until about 9:30pm. Overall I am feeling okay about the diet plan. I did go out to eat today to meet with a business partner. So my pre workout meal ( I am working out around 1pm) was a hamburger with no cheese and a lettuce bun, a banana, and a 12oz cup of cold brew.
